This policy explains what information Dean Santangelo ("I," "me") collects on this website and how it's used.

What I collect

Information you give me through the forms: your name, phone number, email, property address and details, and anything you write in the notes. If you refer someone, I also collect the name and contact info you provide for them.
Basic technical information collected automatically when you visit, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site (for example, from a Google ad).

How I use it

To contact you about your property, answer your questions, and gather cash offers or a market analysis you asked for.
To follow up with people you refer, who have agreed to be contacted.
To understand which ads and pages bring people to the site, so I can improve them.

I don't sell your personal information. I only share property details with prospective buyers when you've asked me to gather offers, and only what's needed for that.

Calls and texts

If you check the box agreeing to calls and texts, I may contact you by phone or text about your property. Consent isn't required to request offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

Service providers

This site is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are delivered by Formspree. If advertising is running, Google may use cookies or similar technology to measure ad performance. These providers process information on my behalf under their own privacy policies. You can manage ad personalization in your Google account settings.

How long I keep it

I keep your information as long as needed to help you and to meet record-keeping requirements that apply to real estate licensees, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask me to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by calling or texting 508.310.8042.

Children

This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
